Position Overview: We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Germany to join our dynamic team. This role will play a vital part in driving sales and expanding our market presence within Germany. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our diagnostic solutions to a diverse range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the German market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including laboratories, clinics, and industry professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers to ensure optimal utilization of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Previous experience in the biotech or healthcare industry is a plus.
