Sales Representative – Diagnostics (m/f/d)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our client’s team and expand their diagnostics portfolio in Germany. The Sales Representative will be instrumental in driving sales growth within the region and addressing the evolving needs of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote diagnostic solutions within the German market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including laboratories, clinics, industry professionals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide technical support to customers to ensure effective utilization of diagnostic solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and product enhancements.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the diagnostics industry.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic technologies and the healthcare market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as required.
